Location: Liverpool City Centre
Job Type: Permanent, 35 hours per week
Salary: £50,000 – £100,000

Responsibilities:

  • Streamlining processes and systems to ensure best practice, efficiently and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the firm’s authorisation.
  • Ensure compliance by the firm and its managers or employees with the SRA’s regulatory arrangements which apply to them.
  • Assist with the growth and drive the business forward.
  • Be commercially aware, astute and proactive in developing ideas and solutions.
  • Assist with general running of the business.
  • Assisting in new areas including mapping out processes and stress testing systems.
  • Assist the directors in the implementation of the Firm’s strategic plans (Business, Marketing, Business Continuity etc.)
  • Provide support with recruitment.
  • Contribute to the overall management function of the Legal Services Department.
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  • Overseeing performance for all management.
  • Assist with managing various accounts.

Essential requirements:

  • Management experience within a law firm.
