Jemma graduated from Lancaster University in 2017 with a degree in Law and from the University of Law with a Distinction in LPC Pg.Dip and an MSc in Law Business and Management in 2018.
She previously worked in health litigation at Hill Dickinson prior to joining the CEL team in early 2019. She began at CEL in the first response team before working as a paralegal when she gained her training contract.
Jemma works within one of our housing disrepair teams, assisting the solicitors with cases from opening to settlement. She is responsible for client, defendant and third party correspondence as well as drafting and reviewing documents. She is an integral member of the team, keen to support clients; in her first week as a paralegal, she arranged temporary accommodation for a client who had no access to washing facilities.
