Joshua Murphy - CEL Solicitors

Joshua joined the CEL team in the late summer of 2018 after two and half years’ as a costs paralegal at Hampson Hughes Solicitors. In his previous role he was responsible for negotiating legal costs on claims including occupiers’ liability, road traffic accidents and serious injury.

A graduate of Law from the University of Chester and with a post graduate diploma in Law from the University of Law in Chester, Josh is now undertaking his training to become a solicitor. Currently, he manages housing disrepair and Japanese knotweed cases on behalf of CEL clients.

Joshua has had great success in negotiating some fantastic settlements for his clients, which included property repairs to a high standard and very reasonable compensation terms. He takes great pleasure in supporting clients to move forward with their lives and get the repairs and remuneration they deserve.
