Tony is the CEL Staff Leadership and Performance Coach, helping all CEL employees remove the obstacles both mentally and logistically standing in their way. At the age of 16 Tony joined the British Army, where he served a 23-year long career. At the time of leaving, Tony’s role was that of a Warrant Officer after completing 10 operational tours from 1999 to 2021. This time helped Tony develop an unparalleled level of insight into what it takes to succeed and the key characteristics of good management. Joining CEL in 2021, Tony’s belief is that by using good leadership you can create a vision and motivate people to make it a reality. “A good leader can inspire everyone in an organisation to achieve their very best”.

In his day to day role, Tony is on hand to help and support all staff members – both trainee and management, junior and senior – in achieving their goals. Working on an individual level he helps identify key areas for personal and career growth and then provides the tools needed for success.
