Full training will be provided in respect of all requirements of the job role.
The Agents will call clients using a dialer telephone system and take the clients through pre-set qualifying questions, to assess if we can help the client with their problem. If the client’s claim is to be accepted, then the agent will explain to the client the process as to how their claim will be handled and explain funding options. The agent will be responsible for ensuring the client signs initial client care documentation and the client will then be transferred to Solicitor teams.
