Location: Liverpool City Centre

Job Type: Permanent Full time

Basic salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00

Responsibilities:

Handling and managing high volumes of calls from Clients and Customers
Ensure all relevant information is captured within a bespoke case management system
Update and chase clients daily ensuring all claims are assessed and progressed within short deadlines
Chasing defendants for updates on cases
Chasing clients for payment of bills.
General admin support/office duties
Provide excellent Customer Service
Liaising with internal departments and clients

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Focus on consistently achieving targets
Strong problem-solving skills
IT proficiency and a good eye for detail
1 year of administrative experience preferred
