Basic salary: £25,000 – £35,000

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual, to support our Co-Founder on a full time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Co-Founder in managing daily activities, fostering efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of CEL Solicitors.

You will be working in a happy office environment with a lot of emphasis on the team culture and putting clients first. You will have the ability to work from home, and our company model is ‘Grow our Own’.

Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the Co-Founder’s schedule, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure optimal time management.
Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for the Co-Founder, screening and responding to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication with professionalism and discretion.
Information Management: Organise and maintain confidential information, files, and documents, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up on action items. Attend meetings as required, take minutes, and assist in implementing decisions.
Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, with an emphasis on cost-effectiveness and convenience.
Task Prioritisation: Assess and prioritise tasks to ensure that important deadlines and commitments are met, while proactively identifying areas for optimisation.
Project Assistance: Support the Co-Founder in various projects, conducting research, compiling data, and providing analysis as needed.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating events for the Co-Founder, both internal and external, to promote the firm and enhance relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably in a fast-paced legal or professional services environment.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
