What is the Employer’s Excellence Award?
Now in its second year, the Employer’s Excellence Awards, held in association with Metro, spotlights organisations across the UK that demonstrate best practice in the workplace, business success, and social impact.
The Small Employer of the Year category recognises outstanding businesses with fewer than 250 employees that are excelling in their sector, with a strong commitment to social responsibility, values that we proudly uphold.
This year’s ceremony will take place on 4th September 2025 in Manchester and is expected to be another star-studded event, following last year’s show, hosted by Vernon Kay.
