Stephen joined the CEL team in the summer of 2018, following on from 10 years’ experience in the legal industry working in a variety of fields.
At CEL, Stephen works as first response manager, managing the entire team in setting up new claims and explaining to clients the process while answering any questions they may have. He is responsible for training new staff on customer service, writing letters of claim and reviewing files.
As the first point of contact, he is a personable member of the team who puts the client first. He recently received a thank you card from one client who was so happy with the repairs and compensation received.
His proudest moment was enlisting an emergency surveyor to help a housing disrepair client. The client’s property had suffered a flood from a pipe that the landlord had left for over 6 months. He also cycled from Vietnam to Cambodia to raise money for Alder Hey children’s hospital.
