CEL Solicitors is delighted to announce that Fraud Expert Manager, Chloe Roche has been awarded the Enoch Harvey prize from Liverpool Law Society for her academic achievements.
The Enoch Harvey Prize
For over a decade the Liverpool Law society hosts an event to award up to six prizes welcoming newly qualified solicitors and pupil barristers into the Law.
Enoch Harvey was one of the Liverpool Law Society’s earliest presidents from 1881-1882. The Enoch Harvey prize awards for ‘Achievement in Professional Examinations’ based on the results of the LPC (Legal Practice Course). Chloe Roche won the prize for her academic achievements in 2022.
Chloe’s Legal Journey
In the three years that Chloe has worked at CEL Solicitors, she has been promoted three times and her career with the firm has grown at an exponential rate. Starting off as a First Response Handler to now working as Fraud Expert Manager, Chloe is a great role model to new starters, particularly graduates, on how there are no barriers to success at CEL Solicitors.
Whilst working at CEL Solicitors, Chloe completed her LPC at the University of Law and passed with a Distinction in August 2022. She is now working towards qualifying as a solicitor.
Chloe is a true achiever; she embodies the firm’s values, one of which is ‘Celebrating Excellence in Law’. Chloe is not afraid to step outside of her comfort zone to demonstrate her legal excellence.

“I’m delighted to have won the Enoch Harvey prize. I’ve been working towards my LPC for two years alongside managing CEL’s Fraud team; so to be recognised for my academic achievements is such an amazing thing. I’m excited to continue my journey at CEL and work towards qualifying as a solicitor!”
