She has successfully conducted litigation to the Court of Appeal and resolved claims through negotiation and mediation.
Sarah has particular expertise in professional negligence claims against solicitors and surveyors, insurance disputes relating to life and critical illness policies and medical negligence claims. She is also well-versed in the full spectrum of commercial litigation.
