John has over 14 years’ experience in civil litigation cases as well as experience in conveyancing, wills and trusts. A fully qualified Associate Solicitor, John joined the team in January 2019 leaving Liverpool-based legal firm, Hampson Hughes. John was appointed director at CEL in July 2019.
At Hampson Hughes, John worked in a number of senior roles including head of road traffic accidents and head of employees and public liability. He currently heads a team who manages cases in housing disrepair for which they recently obtained damages approaching £20,000.
John’s role at CEL, alongside case management, also consists of training and supervising his team and managing the firm to set goals and KPIs. He states his personal achievement is becoming a director at the best law firm around and that he can play the guitar (badly).
